1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 975ph ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 975ph online gaming platform, including our website located at https://975ph.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Any accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately terminated, and all funds will be forfeited without exception.

2.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions

The Services are intended solely for individuals physically located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legal and regulated. You may not access or use the Platform if you are located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to:

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 975ph. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any associated funds, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including but not limited to IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, payment method verification, and behavioral analysis.

3. Account Funding and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

You may fund your 975ph account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, which currently include but are not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), direct bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, and cryptocurrency deposits via USDT and Bitcoin. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (₱100) unless otherwise specified for certain payment methods.

All deposits are subject to verification and anti-money laundering screening. We reserve the right to refuse or return any deposit that does not meet our verification standards or that we suspect may be connected to fraudulent or illegal activity. Processing times vary by payment method, with e-wallet deposits typically credited instantly and bank transfers processing within 24 hours.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your 975ph account are your own, have been obtained legally, and do not originate from criminal or fraudulent activity. We are not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors or financial institutions in connection with your deposits.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and our verification procedures. Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed by 975ph. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Pesos (₱200), and maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account status and verification level.

Before processing your first withdrawal, we require identity verification in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Required documentation includes a clear photograph or scan of government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card) and proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash and Maya typically process within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers process within 24 to 48 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals process within 1 to 6 hours depending on blockchain confirmation times. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests can be processed. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and ensure Platform integrity. 4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

All players must engage in fair play at all times. 4.4 Software Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or wager, all affected bets and payouts shall be void. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the Bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal. Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements, with slots typically contributing 100% and table games contributing at lower rates or being excluded entirely.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of 975ph and is protected by Philippine and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 975ph and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or Five Thousand Pesos (₱5,000), whichever is less.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct. Reasons for account termination may include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Being under the legal age of 21
• Creating multiple accounts or colluding with other players
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting software errors
• Harassing or threatening other players or 975ph staff
• Breaching any provision of these Terms

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We will process withdrawal of your remaining account balance, minus any amounts owed to us, provided your account is in good standing and not subject to investigation for Terms violations.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
